Just some stuff I got today. Should provide plenty of fun - I got me 4 Sierra game packs some time ago, plus I own some Lucas Arts adventures as well :)

The only trouble now is my old SB128 (that I need for MIDI port) is no longer supported in 64-bit Windows. So I'm waiting for USB to MIDI converter to arrive. Not to mention half a dozen mono jack plugs... I just hope I can make ScummVM and DOSBox recognize and use the device, if not I'm going to ressurect an old DOS machine I have around here, somewhere.

Roland CM-300 (though modern wavetable based General MIDI emulation ain't half bad either):

Roland CM-64 (current MT-32 emulation is rather lacking, can't beat the real hardware):

Maybe I'm getting old but I'm having more fun with older games, that I have already finished at least once, than with the new ones. Oh, there are notable exceptions but this is the general trend these days..

Fire up zet86 on your digilent altera board instead :) http://zet.aluzina.org/index.php/Zet_processor

Cool idea :) The board does have enough RAM for both the system and video buffer usage - though the VGA output is limited by 4-bit per color DACs.

Still, no MIDI port :)
